Nurturing Hearts Birth Services offers a wide variety of classes and training sessions for parents and for professionals. Our teachers are well versed in their material and very capable when it comes to sharing out that information. All of our teachers are personally experienced in what they teach - you can rest assured that the information you receive can and has stood the test of time.

For parents we offer classes that get you ready for your birth, including both our own in-depth Childbirth Education course as well as Hypnobabies® classes. We also offer our just-for-dads Basic Training for Dads class, and a detailed CPR and First Aid course that focuses primarily on children and infants - a must-take class for any new parent. Our newest class, Natural Baby Care, will provide information to parents about types of diapers, babywearing, and other natural items for your baby.

For professionals we offer two different training programs. First, we offer our custom Labor/Birth Doula Training and Certification program. This program will give you a solid foundation in beginning doula work and the confidence to move forward with one of the most rewarding careers you will find anywhere.

Our Childbirth Educator Training and Certification program will guide you along the path to teaching your own childbirth classes, either in a group setting or as tailored individual instruction for your doula clients.
