Rose is a wife and mother to 6 beautiful children. She is a childbirth educator and is trained as a doula, looking forward to the day when her children are old enough that she can begin attending births.

We offer private and group childbirth education classes. Our educators believe that there is no single right way to give birth; instead, we believe in offering information and options, and respecting the parents' ability to choose for themselves what their right path will be.

All students have open access to our extensive lending library of pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, baby care, and postpartum books! Any of our books are FREE to be checked out and taken home.

The topics covered in our childbirth classes include:

  • Physical changes throughout labor/delivery

  • Breastfeeding - a full 2-hour class is devoted to breastfeeding



Noelia Waldo

Noelia Waldo is a wife and mother to 3 amazing children. She is a certified doula and Hypnobabies Instructor and has been attending births since 2004.

Hypnobabies® is an 18-hour complete childbirth preparation course that teaches the same medical hypnosis techniques used by people who undergo surgery with hypnosis as their only anesthesia.

Mother and Birth Partner:

  • Learn how hypnosis works, and that ALL hypnosis is SELF-hypnosis
  • Learn how to create natural anesthesia using 'only' your mind

Neil is happily married to his beautiful and wonderful wife, Linsay, and proud father to the most amazing 10 month old baby boy, Porter. Being a new parent has been both transformational and rewarding. He is always excited for the opportunity to educate and prepare families on the importance and responsibility of CPR/First Aid training. He has over ten years of experience in environmental, health and safety management, including a position as a Sr. Technical Trainer. He is also a Red Cross Authorized Provider for Adult/Child/Infant CPR, First Aid and AED (Automated External Defibrilator.)

We offer CPR and First Aid classes focusing mainly on children and infants. Our goal is to educate and influence people to prevent accidental injury as well as offer instructions on how to handle emergency situations.

Brig has been blessed with 12 years married to the most wonderful wife on Earth and six of the sweetest children. Brig loves sharing the joy he finds in supporting his wife during birth, parenthood, and being a husband. His goal is to help men find happiness in the transition to fatherhood and their greatest adventure!

This fun 2-hour class is designed to help fathers prepare for what lies ahead.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Supporting your wife through pregnancy and labor and delivery
  • Newborn care and adjusting to fatherhood
  • Intimacy after baby comes

She loves to share the many benefits of cloth diapers, baby carriers, and other great natural baby care solutions with families. She has a wonderful baby-wearing and cloth-diapering husband and they are expecting their second child at the end of 2011.

Our Natural Baby Care classes are designed to offer parents the information they need to make informed decisions about cloth diapering, baby-wearing, and more. You will have the opportunity to see and touch a variety of diapers and baby carriers, learn the differences between them, and have all of your questions answered.
